3) Ensure clear targets & effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy & support to the team; coaching & mentoring for agency leader development; effectively manging & monitoring poor sales performance & non compliance & taking disciplinary action when necessary.
4) Branch profitability : Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against bugdet of controllable cost items.
